on our website page About Us we have a Timeline which uses ‘WP Featured Content and Slider Pro’ plug-in by wponlinesupport

Since updating WordPress we have found that its been necessary to uncheck ‘Aggregate JS-files?’ in order for it to work. Otherwise it does not display and creates a large blank area of nothing!

I have now managed to fix this by playing around with the custom settings.

I have a similar problem. Have two embedded YouTube videos which are showing in Broken Link Checker as Warnings with 400 Bad Request. If I look at the URL’s they are http where the actual embed links are htpps – however I cannot change this in the URL edit field

@hg98 – sure the plugin I’m using is WP Featured Content and Slider Pro by wponlinesupport I actually ended up plumping for the Lifetime Plan for 1 site which gave me a whole load of other plug-ins etc. Lifetime Plan The support guys were very responsive to help me get my Timeline looking and working how I wanted it to. I’m afraid I’m not able to show you my timeline as it’s on a site in development and won’t be live for a few more weeks.

@delvethemes thanks, but I found an ideal solution in a plug-in by wponlinesupport which did the trick and I cannot fault their customer service based on my initial experience.

@codeparrots – Odd, as neither myself or others have been receiving support to various requests whether its via here, website contact page facebook page or Twitter, and that’s on the PRO paid for version.

Yes we have provided evidence to our Credit Card company of all attempts to contact with dates etc. What’s unfortunate is that their site is linked to from a number of referral sites and people are still able to purchase it, so they will all end up in the same unfortunate position.

@hg98 and anyone else – I have attempted a request for a full refund since without support, we’ve found the plug-in un-usable.

I have since gone on to to use https://www.wponlinesupport.com/wp-plugin/wp-featured-content-and-slider/ which with fantastic support from the developers has done the job perfectly. Forget Divi Timeline plug-in, forget Cool Timelines, definitely forget Timeline Express.

It’s a real shame because having tried a couple of others, it is essentially a good plug-in. It just needs supporting and a few things fixing or enhancing. I would happiliy pay more for it to get the results I’m after. Cool Timelines didn’t work for me, and neither did the Divi compatible Timeline Builder, so I’m now looking at https://demo.wponlinesupport.com/prodemo/timeline-and-history-slider-pro/horizontal-timeline/

Same for me, have sent three messages regarding some issues I’m experiencing with setup – and not received a single reply as yet.
