I think there is a plugin or theme conflict. Can you please deactivate your all of plugin except EXPAND TAB and then switch to a default WordPress theme?

You need go to Aitasi Settings from WP Dashboard> Settings and change text easily. The free version is like first screenshot. And the rest pages are for Pro Version. You can buy pro version for unlimited possibilities.
