Thank you. I actually noticed the fix after running updates and I am so glad you guys fixed it. I use it on several client sites and none of them noticed, thankfully.

The plugin has stopped working for my Divi sites also, currently running Divi 4.10.7. Has this been resolved? Not sure if the above answer ‘fixed in the next release’ meant Divi or Popups for Divi, can you clarify?

Unfortunately, the client decided to move onto another plugin/product. It may very well be his Paypal account, they’ve had other recent issues they only recently disclosed to me.

Yes, every transaction, live or sandbox, fails.

I did the health check and our theme Divi also offers a support area, which both let me know the clients’ PHP version was outdated 7.2 I gained access to their host/server and updated it to 7.4 and I also updated several PHP options like post_max_size max_execution_time, as well as enabled ZIP.

I also found the sites error log with these most recent issues:

I did notice they recently added a security plugin called ‘Titan Anti-spam & Security’. It was disabled during all testing, but I’m fairly certain it was not there before I installed your plugin and implemented Paypal. Could it be the issue, even when disabled?

Other than that, I do not believe anything else has changed. We’ve used your plugin on another site on the same hosting account last year, it worked great!

I cannot, but the client has accepted at least 3 successful orders since implementing. It just stopped working. I have been setting up Paypal and testing with the sandbox for over a decade, I doubt the issue is with Sandbox if we already had successful purchases.

I already did that, but I will do it again.

I also forgot to mention, the debug log is showing up blank.

I really appreciate your support and this plugin seems great, but it’s for a client and he really wants it to work.

I finally have it working consistently, but the only problem now is the person’s name in Capsule says Your Name before the actual name.

So, full names as entered in Capsule are ‘Your Name Ruben Young’ or ‘Your Name John Smith’.

If you can help me fix that, I think we are good to go.

Does the URL field have to be filled in?

In the installation & setup example, it has [url-74].

I finally had a successful submission to Capsule. Next, I sent another and nothing again. I sent 3 more, nothing. So, I finally got it to work once and without changing ANYTHING it stopped working.
