Managed to work this one out:

.main-inner { position: relative; min-height: 600px; }

Just need to reduce the min-height accordingly.

Doesn’t make a different to the space to the right.Would like to space the menu so it’s full width.

Hiya, yes. Ideally want the search bar to be visible (expanded) in desktop view so added the search widget to the sidebar… So only now require the search icon to display in mobile view.

Hi Bdbrown, I’ve just got round to trying these out. Have the search bar in the header now but its still showing on desktop view. I only want the header-search toggle to display in mobile view. Half way there.. any ideas?

I’ve managed to hide the widget (in mobile view) with the dynamic widget plugin ??

On a separate note, I would like to place the social links under the header logo but only in mobile view. My social links in the side bar are white, but would like the links in the header to be purple to appear on white background. Can you help with this? https://www.yourcouncil2.eclektik.co.uk

Argh, I’ve just checked the site on my iphone and the responsive nav menu displays side by side as a result of adding the following code:

}

}

Any thoughts?

thanks bdbrown I’m almost there with my site but I can’t seem to reduce the line height in my post display.. I’m using the pro version of content views plugin but I’m unsure if this inherits the themes line height or not.. Any suggestions? Would like the post title, date and content a lot tighter to get rid of white space – more obvious in mobile view: https://www.yourcouncil2.eclektik.co.uk
