Thank you for using Rublon.
In that case we’d like to recommend that you use the Rublon Authenticator mobile app (available for Android and iOS), which allows you to use other authentication methods like Push and TOTP.
For sending emails, we use an external service provider who has specialized in email delivery and serves some of the world’s largest organizations. As to our knowledge, there is no better solution available for email delivery. Most likely the email delivery issue needs to be resolved directly on your email server.

The reason why we ask users and customers to contact us via our support email address is that our support team uses a dedicated support tool to answer all tickets. This allows us to keep track of response times and support agent performance. We do not have processes in place for our plugin’s support section on www.ads-software.com because there is not much happening here. Thank you for your understanding.

The goal of brute force attacks is to find out a user’s password by bombarding the login form with requests including possible passwords. Rublon is not able to technically stop these requests, but it demotivates attackers because even if they find out your password, then they will have to pass through another security layer, which is Rublon Two-Factor Authentication. This means that targeting brute force attacks at websites that use Rublon is a waste of resources, hence this is how Rublon prevents these attacks from happening.
