The issue you described could be related to a corrupted database entry or a conflict with another plugin/theme. Here are a few steps to resolve it:- Permalink Reset: Go to Settings > Permalinks, and click Save Changes to refresh your permalinks.
- Conflict Check: Temporarily deactivate all other plugins except weDocs and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three. Check if the issue persists.
- Database Repair: Use a plugin like WP-Optimize or WP Repair to repair and optimize your database.
If the issue continues, please provide temporary admin access so we can investigate further.
