In reply to: [x2] Delete posts from pages in x2Also, having this on by defult on every page is ridiculous. Please consider adding the ability to turn this off in the theme settings.

In reply to: [x2] Not responsive in any way means or formAre there any plans to make x2 responsive? It’s otherwise such a great theme.

In reply to: [Custom Community] Content is too wide in full-width responsiveOK, I found and installed CC 2.0, but frankly it’s so completely different that it doesn’t really suit my needs as well as 1.17, so I’m still looking for some tips on this.

In reply to: WordPress Stats Plugin Not Working :( Unable to Change APII’m having the same problem. I entered an API key and then realized I need to use a different one, but I just keep coming back to the confirmation screen when I click the link to change the API.
I tried deactiviating and reactivating the plug in.

In reply to: [Commentpress] [Plugin: Commentpress] Comments are broken in 3.01Is this the same problem? I’m using Commentpress 3.1 on a WordPress 3.0.1 with multisite enabled. Sometimes when users are not logged in, when they click on the link to “comment on this paragraph” (or page) it just reloads the page and does not show the comment form. I haven’t figured out what makes this fail or work in different situations. Possibly Ajax/JS related, but I’ve reproduced it on several different browsers.

In reply to: Dashboard disappearedMine is working now as well. Weird. I didn’t realize that WP functioning on my server was dependent on external resources. Not sure if I like that.

In reply to: Dashboard disappearedThe whole reason I use X-Dashboard is so I can turn that feed off, so that wouldn’t explain it for me.

In reply to: Dashboard disappearedI just checked my dashboard again and it was working! But then I re-activated the X-Dashboard plug-in it went back to broken. I turned off the plug-in and it’s still broken. WTF!

I will hack away… ??
Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Dashboard vs. ThemesI have been using X-Dashboard and I love it. But it doesn’t seem to be compatible with WP2.
Does anyone know of an update or an alternative to this aswesome plugin?
<curmudgeon rant>
I really need this level of control since there are non-authors who can login and see this. And while I’m here, may I gripe for a moment about the WordPress dashboard? Who thought that more space shoud be dedicated to the self-selected stars of WP than to crucial information about my own blog?

In reply to: 404 after save or publish a postI spoke too soon. I just saved a post without publishing and I got the same error! I am now reconsidering whether this was length-related…
Any clues are welcome.

In reply to: 404 after save or publish a postIn answer to my own question, I just tried changing my web hosting account to run PHP version 5, and the problem seems to have gone away. I’ll post again if it returns…

In reply to: 404 after save or publish a postI am having this same problem since I upgraded to 2.0.1, no matter what the length of the post is. The actual URL it tries to go to after I publish is

I am using Dreamhost, should I switch it using PHP 5?
