Hi @rabbi,

I tried creating a ticket but ticket form asks-“Which of our plugin you need to help with?” but there is no option in the drop down and without it my ticket is not getting submitted.

??

I have also reactivated plugin and tested conflict by deactivating other plugins but luck.
Please help!

Hi @rabbii,

I I enabled custom field but nothing is captured except post description.

Hi,

Thanks @wirtschaft and @rabbii for reverting and helping me. It was a WP Chache plugin conflict.

Deactivated it for will find a substitute.
