Ah, got it.
I have actually same problem with line 11 even I have plugin version 1.97.
Server keep returning this

I have same problem.
https://www.praha14.cz/
In the middle of the page is Kontaktní formulá?.
It worked with Recaptcha v2 before. Now we have latest Contact form 7 plugin.
It stopped working when we integrate Recaptcha v3. When we remove keys it work.
It doesnt work event with plugin that integrate Recaptcha v2.
Same message: “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method”

Then I installed flamingo plugin and it always return spam on Recap. v2 and score 0 with Recap. v3.

What could be possibly wrong?
