I’ve been testing most of the day and cannot replicate the error,
I have all the plugins installed and the same one activated as you,
I have however found an database issue with *Paid Memberships Pro*, That trying to duplicate database entries of which already exist, There is also one issue with Woocommerce with it’s wp_woocommerce_tax_rate_locations and finally Skt NURCaptcha all have issues with the database which could be a security risk,
I’m going to do a update for BuddyPress groups chat in a few hours and hopefully that will work, I’ve narrowed the error down to a compatibility issue with BP_Group_Extension,

That theme isn’t zipped correctly so I can’t install in on to my test site,
I’ve tried to extract it but that fails too,
Would you be able to create a test site with that theme installed and give me login details to test this and/or create a ftp account so I can try multiple way’s to fix this,

Could you delete my plugin and then reinstall it and try again now that groups is enabled,
The only way I replicate an error is by disabling groups then trying to activate buddypress group chat,
I’ve just updated my step position and nav position on the updated version as it may be a conflict with another buddypress plugin or a conflict with the theme itself but I cannot test using that theme.

I’ve now updated to version 1.4.8.2 so if you could do that to please.

I cannot test using that theme as it’s a paid for theme and the developer of the theme does not have a theme for which I can test with,
But I think the issue is a conflict with another plugin so I’ll test with all of them and hopefully come up with a solution for you if I can replicate the error.

I cannot find a theme named *Kleo* only *Cleo*
So I’m testing with that unless you have a direct download to the theme.

EDIT:

I’ve tested with the *Cleo* theme and have no errors of any kind,
So it’s possible that it’s a conflict with another plugin,
If you could send me a list of all the plugins you are using and I’ll install 1 at a time and test each one at a time to see if it comes up with the issue.

You need to have BuddyPress groups enabled to use this plugin,
If you do have that enabled then please provide me with your theme name you are using so I can test and come up with a solution for you.
