For your records Heart Internet in the UK won’t allow loopbacks on their servers.

OK So from further digging – I can confirm that cURL is actually active on the server – is just the loopback connection that is being blocked ??

New networks work fine – it just seems to be this…

I tried deleting it and recreating it but it still does it.

Just odd!

Checked those articles and nothing missed – the link to cpanel specific subdomain didn’t work they so hpefully there wasn’t a vital step in that we missed.

It’s a new network, and the primary domain works just fine (so mydomain.com works, but subdomain.mydomain.com doesn’t)

I’m reluctant to turn all plugins off on the network as the primary domain works and is in use.

We initially had a single install that we upgraded to multisite recently.

I also tried specifying:
DirectoryIndex index.php /index.php

But still no better.

Thanks for the suggestion, I checked both of those and they are correct.

It’s odd as https://subdomain.mydomain.com/test-page work, but https://subdomain.mydomain.com won’t ??

We have the same issue on one of our sites.

Just puts you into a login loop. Disabling the plugin via ftp allowed us to login again.
