In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] You are hosting another meetingThanks for reaching out! Based on the error message you’re seeing, it looks like the issue is related to your Zoom account itself. WebinarPress does not control or interfere with any existing meetings running in your Zoom account.
It’s possible that Zoom is detecting an active meeting already in progress, which is why you’re getting the popup. I’d recommend trying the following:
- Generate a new Zoom meeting link and update it in WebinarPress.
- Try using a different Zoom account to see if the issue persists.
- Ensure that your Zoom app is properly set up and that the app status is not in “Draft” mode, as that might cause restrictions.

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] Spanish translationHi there,
In WebinarPress you can edit and translate the customer-facing text from WebinarPress settings to any language.
Unfortunately, Webinarpress does not have that kind of functionality. Webinars requires registration regardless if it is in live or replay status.

Hi there,
Can you tell me from where exactly do you get the error message?
Would you mind sending over your system status from Webinarpress?
1. From WordPress Admin hover over Webinars then Settings.
2. Click on the System Status tab and click ‘Get System Report’
3. Click on ‘Copy for support’ and then paste the contents here.Hi there,
Thanks for your email.
Can you tell me what version of Webinarpress are you running? How many attendees do you have on that specific webinar? Does the issue only occur on one attendees or all attendees on your webinar?

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] How to see past recorded webinars?Hi there,
I am not sure I understand your concern. Webinars that use pre-recorded video will have the same webinar URL which means that attendees can access it the same say they access the webinar before.
Other alternatives include:
Zoom
We have full integration with Zoom so the meeting appears in the WebinarPress window. Attendees can interact with the host so this is great for online classes. Zoom also has a webinars feature that lets you broadcast to thousands of attendees with up to 100 hosts but this is a paid add on.Jitsi
Similar to Zoom but it’s free for up to about 40 attendees. Does not currently offer a webinar feature.JWPlayer Live Streaming
Similar to YouTube Live but hosted as a paid solution.Vimeo Live Streaming
Vimeo is probably the most popular platform with our users but pricing starts at $70/month.We also support any other platform that can be embedded such as Red5Pro.

There is no self-hosted live streaming feature or video conference available yet in WebinarPress. The current build relies on 3rd party platforms like youtube, Vimeo or Zoom because hosting live streaming on your own server requires a lot of resources.
