I have the same problem. The data displayed in the plug-in are not correct. I checked other websites that use the same plugin and they have the same issue.
After 6 days from your post nobody answered you so I start to suppose that the plugin is dead.

The problem is to insert the shipping price for every state of the USA.
I resolved with many patient: Inserted it for 52 times ??
But I would to know if it’s possible to do a mass update via SQL.
