Yeah error log is very useful. I suspected that ehe elementskit plugin is the one throwing the error also, at first. I am always using the plugin, and the website works fine. The critical error happened after I installed and finished the configuration of the jetpack plugin.

I think the root cause should be that the elementskit plugin is not compatible with jetpack plugin. Thanks for the reply.

or maybe please create a function to export the data into excel/csv and also import from excel/csv. I think the json format is good if you are using api to handle data, but for a lot of purposes used in woocommerce, it is better to be using csv.

Found the root cause.

Wooreer has some conflict with Multivendor Marketplace Solution for WooCommerce – WC Marketplac (WCMP) plugin. So i disabled the wcmp plugin and everything works fine now.

ok solved it.

U need to change the shortcode in wordpress pages. On the left sidebar, click on Pages, then click edit on the Dashboard page. then on the page, change the [dokan-dashboard] to whatever u want. pic

I managed to view the database and its tables, by following the guide as suggested by Yui.

I created an empty database in MySQL and from there, I imported the dump file into the database. At first there is an error then I searched around an tried the solution by Rangel at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29916610/1273-unknown-collation-utf8mb4-unicode-ci-cpanel, and it works right now!
