I think for a blog there’s no need to install wp on a computer.
The basic process for setting up wp depends on the hosting provider. After you’ll have one, it’s quite easy to do it with assistant from specific tutorials.

Looks like a shortcode of Visual Composer. Usually this happens when you are missing a plugin or something like that. Is Visual Composer activated in your account?
