I am actually using both Permissions and Capabilities combined. I still am not certain which of the capabilities allows a user to assign and change read/edit permissions for groups.
Could you direct me to the correct way for a user to do that? The user is a non-admin user and I’m trying to figure out the capability they need to be able to edit read/write permissions for groups.
