I guess a few more things I tried after submitting this ticket worked, as the feed is now fully working after refresh. Wonder if this issue was related to a plugin update for Yoast SEO update, because I changed the g:title mapping yesterday from yoast wpseo title (Custom attribute) to Product Name.

In reply to: [Advanced Woo Search] Synonyms and Plurals not workingGood news, I got the plugin to work for synonyms/plurals. I had to delete the existing search bar and add the plugin search bar using the shortcode.
Question:
If I search for “rocking chairs” I get the 5 rocking chair results PLUS all other types of chairs. Is there any way to avoid that?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Advanced Woo Search] Synonyms and Plurals not workingReindex did not help.
FYI I notice that my search box is labeled “Search for Products…” but the plugin shows it should just say “Search”.Just tried to send you the CSV file requested via your support link and was denied with this message: Website FirewallBack to sucuri.net

I figured out why the first link didn’t work, I had a typo in it. Should be https://rusticartistry.com
Not sure why the other didn’t work for you, it opens for me, but as long as you can get to the website you’ll see what I mean in the footer, it’s the first of teh 4 Follow icons. A plain blue square that shouldn’t be there.
Thank you.
Site is working fine for me, not sure why you got that error message. Here is screenshot:

In reply to: [Related Products for WooCommerce] Create 1 row of 6 columnsThat worked like a charm!! Thank you

In reply to: [Related Products for WooCommerce] Create 1 row of 6 columnsI added the css to my theme, no change yet. Do I also need to add the php code?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Related Products for WooCommerce] More than 4 products per rowJust added the plugin and it is working great at pulling in products related by Tag. However, I added the above code to functions.php but still got 2 rows with 3 columns, instead of 1 row with 6 columns. (Also the code itself showed at the top of the website, so I had to remove it.)
Any suggestions for how to get 1 row with 6 products? I want much smaller thumbnails of the product images in the Related Products section.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Spambot subscribed hundreds of random emailsI confirmed that none of the spam emails had ever been customers or subscribers. According to the source they were added via the plugin, about a dozen at a time, each group at the exact same minute of the same day. They were not part of the initial sync, they just started showing up one day a few months ago. I realized it when I got a high number of unsubscribes. When some of them unsubscribed they listed the reason as never signed up, and unsubscribed on same day they automatically received the welcome email, so it’s not like they forgot. They literally were added by a spambot that affected the plugin.
Mailchimp support was working diligently with me to resolve the issue but after I had spent many hours trying various options they wanted me to hire a dev to test some things. At that point I decided to cut my losses and move to Klaviyo, which I already use for my other business. It also became unfeasible for me to put my campaign on pause, check each day for new spam emails, unsubscribe them, then activate the campaign to let the legit emails receive it, then put it back on pause, and repeat this every day.

In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Spambot subscribed hundreds of random emailsAll of those emails were added via the Mailchimp for Woocommerce plugin, as indicated by the source column in Mailchimp for the list. They did not come from bots infecting the signup form on my page. None of these people were ever on the checkout page, they were never even on the website.

In reply to: [WP WooCommerce Mailchimp] API request errorWhere exactly do we go to find the “troubleshooting link” support is referring to? I can go to Woocommerce>Settings OR I can go to Mailchimp plugin, but not to a combined location that leads to a Troubleshooting link in order to enable logging.
Am having the same issue where it says REST API is disabled, but it’s not. Won’t allow me to enter the Mailchimp API.
code worked perfectly, thank you.
Thank you for the screenshot. Please advise how I can find that in my theme code. I don’t know how it got there, possibly a dev who did some design work for me put it in, and I don’t know where it is in order to remove it.
