In reply to: [WP Original Media Path] Images not uploaded to server (subdomain)Hi @spade5702,
I have not tried this plugin.
I mainly use WP Original Media Path to power a sub-domain pointing to my installation and parallelize the image downloads in the browser.I’ll try to look at other solutions for sending file out WordPress Installation

In reply to: [WP Original Media Path] Images not uploaded to server (subdomain)Hello AukeJomm
By default WordPress does not handle multi-server.
This plug-in is used to parallelize spots download pointing a subdomain to the same server subdomains, so you keep precious seconds to download parallelizing two areas. If your cdn.sitename.nl is on another server, WordPress will not default upload images to it.
To do this you must apply a hook loading.

In reply to: [WP Original Media Path] Media fields disappear when plugin is removedooops !!!
I actually just saw that in the text I mentioned to disable the plugin.
I’ll fix that.Regarding the option for the saved fields, I understand.
But as I did not want to make a big plugin with a lot of options increases the database, etc …I preferred to make the most simple and easiest way to uninstall.
In your case, you just leave the active plugin and I will now change the text on the site.

In reply to: [WP Original Media Path] Media fields disappear when plugin is removedHeloo @ GermanKiwi this feature was previously active.
Unfortunately many users had difficulties to ‘understand’ the uninstall process.
Since version 1.2.0, I added the removal of fields disabling the plugin makes the work easier for the users. For your problem, just leave the plugin active.
Do not worry, it will not eat your resources, since it works only on / off.Forum: Reviews

In reply to: [WP Original Media Path] Media path changed.hello @ giovannigaggia
1 / Remove the two fields in the options page media
2 / disable the plugin
3 / re-enable the plugin
4 / return to the media pager options
5 / configure both fields!
for your example: field 1: wp-admin/uploads
Field 2: https://www.monsiteweb.com/wp-admin/uploadsEverything should be back to normal.

In reply to: [WP Original Media Path] Can't activateHello ColletteCM
Yes, by default the system populates the fields with the default URL for WordPress.
Currently you have an error, because the system tries to create a folder that does not have the ability.
The solution to CHMOD the folder wp-content to 777, activate the plugin and then put the wp-content folder 755.
Here is an example with Filezilla FTP software: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWBwqlUhQOM
