What I have written is true unless you have hidden something somewhere. Take a look at the screenshot:
    https://app.snippyly.com/discuss/?q=mJVTYXoZ1EAC7NUv90xe&EDIT=tPAoEAywZsuTaOfl4h5Q

It clearly gives 2 main options:

    1. Search all media
    or
    2. Search only selected media – if you click this toggle, it gives you the option to find a single document, like a single PDF. I have thousands. I would have to go one by one to select each one which would take me a week, and every time I added a new PDF, I would have to come back here and find and select it.
But right Below that are options to select ALL of one kind of media –

The SCREENSHOT shows exactly what I said before. You cant separate images from PDFs unless you upgrade “Upgrade to pro plus to Access.” It shows that if you were to upgrade, there are toggle buttons for each kind of media, but it is grayed out with the warning above.

I simply wanted to have all pages, posts, PDFs, and documents, not anything else like images or audio. I cannot do that unless I upgrade, as the screenshot shows.
So every kind of file type gets cluttered in searches.

ARGHHH! Ran into the same thing, went to style buttons and poof they are gone! I don’t want to be using many different plugins and stick with one or two. I will have to go to another plugin now very frustrating.

With a big release like this should have been tested, this is not an edge case whole collections of options disappearing is really bad making multi buttons useless.

I worry that brainstorm is getting sloppy and unconcerned since they have such a large slice of the market.

    PLEASE fix asap!

This seems to be an ongoing concern(keeps coming up) it should be easy to implement, I could build my own block but don’t have time for that.

All it would take is a checkbox to add an HTML link tag and a text field to enter the URL. had to use a button as the container(should be a column) as a not-so-great solution but sort of works. could you expedite this feature and put this topic finally to rest?

I did but when I clicked on getting support it took me straight back here? I don’t have time to be jumping around to multiple places, I can just find a different solution elsewhere. I was hoping to get some help here as there is nowhere else to go for support.

    None of this Helps!
done very thing! insert in to post nothing happens?? Nothing, not a spinning wheel just dead silence? tried to refresh everything wasting time!!

I have a bunch of galleries working now and new doesn’t work!! Can’t find and any help here? I’m going to find a new plugin or just set it up manually. the point of this plugin for me is to save me time. Its now going to cost me lots of EXTRA TIME! If I am unable to figure this out in the next couple of hours will have to locate all my phots and move to a new plugin.
Was thinking of upgrading glad I didn’t!!!!!!
