Again, thanks so much for your assistance on this. I’ll contact WP directly.
Wow! Super fast response!
I had already checked out that thread and read about making changes to plug-ins or the functions.php file. However, as I’m only subscribed as a Blogger, I don’t believe I can do either of those things. I definitely can’t install or edit plugins. I also don’t think i can see the functions.php file.
Thanks for the suggestions @erania-pinnera.
The URL you suggested (https://vampirellacomics.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/traffic) takes me to a page with the message “Cannot load Jetpack”.
When I try to navigate there from my wp-admin dashboard, the only options under Jetpack are “Activity Log”, “Backup”, “Search”, “Akismet Anti-spam”. Of those only “Activity Log” and “Akismet Anti-spam” display any actual info. The other two (“Backup”, “Search”) display only info for how to subscribe to those features.
I’m unable to get to a Blaze screen that looks like the one you provided a screenshot for.
I’m beginning to think I simply don’t have access because my WP subscription is the lowest available (Blogger).
It’s not a huge deal. I was just hoping to clean up the display some by eliminating the Blaze options.
Hi,
I’m not seeing a Settings option in Jetpack. My only options are Activity Log, Backup, Search, Akismet Anti-spam.
Is the ability to turn off Jetpack Blaze not available to Blogger accounts? Blogger accounts don’t have access to plugins.
I checked the Settings section on the Dashboard just in case it was in there; but didn’t see the option there either.
Thanks in advance!
