Dear GiveWP admins. We have installed GiveWP on a fresh WordPress install and have imported our data. The same problem exists. The data is being treated like test data. It shows on one legacy report but no others.
How do we import or change our imported data to be set as offline donations?
Please advise.
RobHere’s an update. I created a column for “Gateway” and then filled it with “Offline Donation” and mapped it to the Payment Method. Each donation now shows the Gateway as Offline Donation.
However, the donations are not showing up in any reports.

In reply to: [Featured Authors Widget] Pictures stopped displayingThanks for your quick response. I think you’re correct about the theme. I’ve discovered that the picture shows up on individual posts. It’s just the home page that is having the problem.
It is a fantastic plugin, and does just what we need for this site.
Thank you @jarelsc. I’ll work with that.
@jarelsc, did you get this working? I’m having the same issue.

In reply to: [Frontend Publishing] Key / ValueOK, an associate of mine figured this out. I completely read the sytax wrong. It’s actually key|value. | not \. So the format that worked is URL|text.

In reply to: [WP-Filebase Download Manager] Multisite containment?Jason, don’t network enable wp-filebase. Enable it individually on each site. Then, in each site under wp-filebase > settings specify an upload path that is unique to each site. The default is wp-content/uploads/filebase/. Just add an identifier at the end of this i.e., wp-content/uploads/filebase/mysite
Hope this helps.
RobI’m having this problem also. This is from my hosting admin:

“In an MU environment, it appears to check every subsite. So essentially, even if you set it to scan just once a day, it ends up running scans all day long in order to attempt to scan every subsite. So it’s constantly thrashing disk, using CPU, etc. There will come a point when even a single scheduled scan every day will become unreasonable. I don’t know when that point will be, but it’ll happen. That’s the kind of activity that is a literal disk killer — not only in performance, but also in actually thrashing disks until they fail.”

Is there a way to NOT scan subsites individually? Wouldn’t a single core scan suffice? Please let me know if you have recommendations for this. I do want to keep Wordfence.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [CP Contact Form with PayPal] Options changed to force pro versionThen I share the frustration of News Rise Digital, the reviewer before me. What should have been a simple update just broke the contact form on several of my sites.

In reply to: [WP-Filebase Download Manager] Update deletes files on multisiteThank you so much for responding. I’m embarrassed that we missed such an obvious setting. Yes, WPFB is not network activated, only site activated. And we did have files from multiple sites residing in the default filebase folder. We we told by the editor of one site that files from another site were showing up with theirs. So now we’ve concluded that that editor must have deleted the files from the other site. We’re currently reworking all of the sites to have their own upload folder. Thank you again. I think all is well!

In reply to: [Olimometer] default settingsYes. That would be perfect because we don’t always know what we want before or during development ?? BTW, you can see how I’m using them here: https://sharethejoywv.org/category/all-parishes/
Thanks for a great plugin.
