Thanks for your reply. That is exactly what I was trying to determine today. I took a look at the source code using the web browser and developer tools but I could not get as far as you did so thanks for taking the time to share this with me.

As you said the first plugin you mentioned seems to have been retired. Maybe I can look into using the 2nd one so I will check that too.

It would be great if anyone reading this can offer a working solution?

There are so many quiz plugins and softwares available nowadays, but none that seem to offer this ability to display the result as a ratio/percentage rather than the most common answer.

Yes there is a quality filter button on the main embedded video as seen on the post page, but when you click to actually watch the video a new window opens and it is in this 2nd environment where the quality filter is unavailable. I was suggesting it would be good to add it in there too.

Overall, I am very impressed with the plugin and the way videos embed into the post is sleek.

From what I can see on the front end, it seems to me that the video starts in low res and then buffers and eventually plays in HD. This could also be my internet connection as I am currently operating from a place with a very weak wifi signal.

Another thing I would like to say here is that it would be great if you could to add the “Quality” filter into the options when you click to play the video. Right now, when you enter the video playing mode, the only options to toggle while watching are “Playback Speed” and “Subtitles”. Why not just add the “Quality filter” in this section to. I think this would allow the viewer to easily increase the quality if required.

I just activated this plugin today.

Great plugin and the popup looks amazing on the front end, but when I try to add tags via the Mailchimp integration, the users are being added to my Mailchimp audience no probs, but the tags are not being triggered or assigned.

Any updates or fixes to this issue please do share.

The weirdest thing about this is that the error message does not occur every time. Sometimes the URL loads just fine while other times I see it, especially after emptying my google chrome browser cache.

Unfortunately for security reasons I can not give you admin access to my FB ads manager to try and replicate the issue your side. I do have a recorded video walkthrough showing how this error loads, which I recently shared with my hosts. Thanks so much for stepping in and offering this fix!

I actually ended up switching over to another plugin, because it gave me the ability to customise these fields without having to touch the code.

However, (for the sake of anyone else reading this) I just reinstalled the plugin and tried the code snippet you shared above and it worked a treat for me ??

SOLVED!

I pasted the snippet you shared above into my child theme functions.php file and it worked perfectly!

Actually I think this is a bug in the plugin. I have been using this plugin for years now and always had the same issue, just always overlooked it.

I also tried the same plugin on different themes and always the text appears bigger here (within the Braintree credit card payment section) compared to the rest of the font-sizes that run throughout the rest of the default Woocommerce checkout form.

This really needs to be solved as it breaks the flow at arguably the most important stage of the e-com flow (when someone inputs their credit card details).

It doesn’t seem I can share screen shots here, so I have created a page on my site with the relevant screen shot.

for me it was being caused by aero checkout woo funnels plugin.

I followed the instructions suggested in this thread (untick WordPress XML export) and it worked for me also.

I love this plugin and would be happy to write a review too so please send me the link.

I hope that unticking the XML option won’t give me any problems if I ever do need to restore from a backup in the future.

Thanks so much for your advice and I will get to work right away on optimising the image and re-configuring the cache plugin.

I also agree it most probably is a ‘cache’ issue as it also loads fine on my browser once the pages have been cached.

Let’s hope I can resolve this with your tips.
