So, now that you have identified the problem, when are you going to fix it? It has been a month and I was hoping it would be in this latest update, but it was not.

Also maybe I am misunderstanding the purpose of an image gallery, but it seems that most of them (your included) are geared toward putting all images together in either a slideshow, or big blob of thumbnails. This is great for a photo blog where there is little text. But not for a blog that only has a few images.

I blog about technology, so have mostly text, and just a few images. I would like any easy way to organize images and then post them one by one in my post. This does not seem like it is possible in your plugin without a lot of effort (I have to click “add Media”->select a gallery->click select->click “show”->then click “insert into post”). Why is this?

I use GIMP to create all my PGNs. It could be that GIMP does something different with its images. Maybe that is why all my PNGs are having problems.

I am able to use this watermark, and the original image, with a different plugin, just fine.

In NextGen this problem occurs with all the png images I have tried.

At least you can reproduce it, and now your devs can find out what is causing the problem. Please let me know when you have a fix. This is the only issue that is preventing me from using your software.

I downloaded a different plugin and it works fine on png images, so at least I know it is not a problem with my server

I have tried everything I can think of. I deleted the watermark image, uploaded a new one. I also clicked the ‘Reset Options’ button. I even uninstalled the plugin, but nothing fixes it. I must be doing something wrong.

Did you use my original image?
Can you send me the result of my image with my watermark from your gallery?

So how do I use the Imagemagick library instead of the GD libraries? I am asking because I am having trouble (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/transparent-watermark-on-pgn?replies=5#post-5812620) with a transparent png watermark and I would like to see if imagemagick can handle it better.

I am running this on a new install of wordpress. I am designing a new theme for my website, and so all I have is the theme and your plugin so far.

I saw that there is an imagemagick.inc.php class in the files and was just curious.

I just love when people make decisions that affect everyone without having some kind of poll to get feedback from the community. I loved the HTML editor in 3.1 and it was my primary writing screen. Now I can’t even stand to look at it because the font is so ugly. You would think we were back in the 1980 and still using a type writer. COME ON wordpress devs we have moved past monospace type and “most people” don’t code with them. Arial or Verdana are so much better and easier on the eyes. You allowed one persons personal preference ruin a part of wordpress that many people use.

Please change it back, or give us the option to change it ourselves (in a way that won’t get overridden when we upgrade)

But I am in agreement that the new font in the 3.2 editor is super ugly. Whoever made that change should be shamed into changing it back. Shame on you WordPress Devs for choosing a butt ugly font for the HTML editor.
