Hi Zetona,

I finally had a chance to take a look at this. I’ve installed Contact Form 7 version 5.0 and Particle Background WP and it seems they work fine together. Maybe try updating Contact Form 7 if you haven’t and double-check that the short code is correct.

Hi,

Both of those are actually behaving as expected ( will give success & increment opt-in ) but won’t reset a subscriber to ‘pending’ from ‘confirmed’.

Please let us know if there is some other outcome that would be expected in this case and we will consider changing the plugin in the future

Could you try to deactivate then re-activate the plugin? There is a conversion process to update old quizzes to the new form that is not working for a few % of people, we’re looking in to it. The process run at plugin activation, so re-activating may fix, please let us know

I tried it on your site and indeed something is overwriting or causing the animation to freeze. However the opt-in worked correctly and I received an e-mail confirmation. You could see if there are any plugins that may be conflicting (disable all but Optin Cat and see if issue is fixed)

Yes, I think I know the problem. When you select a layout, there are different tabs on the layout screen (Popup, Post Box and Widget). Popups can only be displayed as a popup, so there is no short code to embed. The Post Boxes can be embedded anywhere (and widgets are added via WordPress widgets menu).

Sorry about the issue, I haven’t seen that reported yet. We are working on an update which should fix a bug we found with the preview mode, which could be related. I’d suggest making sure you save the quiz once before you try to preview; it appears that the preview sometimes won’t work depending on the Permalink settings for WordPress
