Roles made under our plugins are the only ones who will get to experience the features that we offer. Your existing role “Staff” will not be able to see the wholesale prices or take advantage of our features. You need to move them to the role from our plugin, and you cannot assign multiple roles (Staff and Wholesale Customer) per user because only one role is allowed. Also, we are compatible with Aelia, so there should be no issue.

If you are referring to the WooCommerce phone app., unfortunately, we don’t support this yet. At the moment, we only support browser platform.

This is achievable using variable products. You can create the 3 variations (bottle, box/pallet, 100lt barrel) on that parent product. Assign a wholesale price on the bottle only or the variations you want your customers to see. Activate the Only Show Wholesale Products to Wholesale Customers under Wholesale General Settings. This feature will only show products with wholesale prices to logged-in customers.
