I am sorry for this. Are you referring to the When you closed the banner, it should not pop-up anymore unless there is a third-party plugin that prevents it from happening. It is highly recommended that we check the other plugins that you have so we can remove this banner. Please reach out to us so we can fix this.

I am sorry for this inconvenience. Make sure that when you do some testing, you are logged in using a test user with a wholesale role. Only one role should be assigned or else, there will be some issues with the price visibility.

We have a Premium feature where you can show the Wholesale Saving Amount on the Shop, Product, Cart/Checkout, and even on the email invoice. They will see the percentage difference between your regular and wholesale prices.
