Using Cloudflare Workers allows you to be a lot more flexible on how you cache as you can use Javascript to create logic that decided on how to cache based on your needs. For instance, you can change caching by response code based on IP, location, device type, etc.

It really opens up a lot more flexibility by giving you a lot more control than using page rules, for example, might do.

I have not tested. Try to clear the cache and see if it’s working.
If not, I will investigate this further.
In general, it’s not recommended to use more than one caching plugin.
