WP-Shortstat did it. I had deactivated all the other plugins I could remember playing with over the last few days but this one was the culprit. Weird, I didn’t do anything to it recently and it just now starts to drag ass?

Thanks everybody. I have decided to make it so that if you use IE the neat-o scroll function is disabled but if you use Firefox, etc. it should work. If you want to test it out, go here:

NOTE: This is just a test site running on my home PC so it doesn’t have any content, just layout tweaks. I borrowed the Rubric theme and modified it slightly so if you recognize it that’s where it came from…

I got bored and deleted all the tables for the db and restarted…

Nevermind. It is working now…Apparently the cache was displaying an outdated version of the page…
