There is still no change. I have tried re uploading CSS folder overwriting everything and nothing happened so i then uploaded the wp-admin folder again overwriting everything and nothing changed.

    Could it be something else?

This issue does NOT happen on the other school club website at witch i also run with WordPress 3.4.2 and use as a CMS.

    Its just the one site.

Also my wp-config.php file is correct with every database connection information.

This is not just a problem with WordPress either im also having the same problem with my smf forum.

    SMF=

    Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

I have also tried re running the install.php file but only got this.

    Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

-Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
-Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
-Are you sure that the database server is running?

If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.

This cant be caused by a pluing or at least shouldnt because i have backed up and deleted the plugins but nothing was fixed. So i know it cant be plugins.

No i have not moved my installation.

I have a smf and wordpress bridge that makes smf and wordpress use the same user login info for both wordpress and smf.

It worked for a few days and now i have this problem. I also have the same problem when i try to access my forum.

IS there anyone who has a fix for this?
I have other things to add to this site still and now im stuck with this until this is resolved. I don’t want to start something else cause this site is already to me a huge project due to the large amount of sections and stuff i need to setup.
