when I log in to wordpress.com I don’t see any message to activate my account so I think it has already been verified. but still, I cannot send a ticket at woocommerce. I just see this page https://snipboard.io/tAH32f.jpg when I try to contact support.

This is the email facebook sent me:

“Upon checking, we found that you have onboarded via Woo Commerce integration. Kindly reach out to Woo Commerce integration in order to deactivate the commerce account.”

why no one knows what should I do????? I removed woocommerce integration but nothing changed!!!!

I don’t have access to the WordPress dashboard anymore. So how should I delete the manage_business_extension from the access token?
I just disconnected woocommerce integration from Facebook but my problem still persists and I cannot replace the commerce account.

Facebook told me that I need to contact woo-commerce to deactivate my commerce account. I already deactivated all plugins from Cpanel but the problem still persists. I am really out of my mind and can’t stand this situation anymore. please help me.

OK, Thank you but it just hides the standard method when Free Shipping is available.
I want to also have the option to choose the express method for all orders (above and below $150) without using any plugin.
I made 2 flat-rate methods including Standard and Express and 1 Free shipping method so I have 3 methods totally

Thank you for your response. Another problem just occurred.
I need orders above $150 to have either Free Shipping or Express Shipping. and orders below $150 have either Standards Shipping or Express Shipping. but now I just have the option Free and Standard for above $150 and only Standard for below $150.

I navigated to yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php and changed the value of wc_facebook_external_business_id several times but it just shows the previous value after clicking save changes.

Surprisingly, there is no wc_facebook_external_business_id in my options.php file!
More importantly, there is no code associated with “Facebook” at all!

I also have the same issue. I tried the step above but there is no wc_facebook_external_business_id in the option.php file.

to give more details, Last month I integrate my woocommerce website with a Facebook page without any complexity but some features were not available on that page so I had to delete it, deactivated woocommerce integration, and created a new personal account as well as a business page, and verified my identity for ads.
Although I am the admin of the new page with full manage permission to all assets in business suits, every time I try to integrate woocommerce to my new account I encounter the error “Admin permission required! You don’t have permission to edit these settings. Reach out to the admin of ‘…’ to gain access.”
Apparently, it just gives access to my previous account and denies access to the new account. It has already wasted a huge amount of my time and is really driving me crazy.
please please please give me a solution.
