thank you for your mail.
I have made the settings and created a guest download page and linked it in the settings. During the purchase process, I do not have the option to enter my name and email address as shown in the explanation. I only have a complete address mask with name, address and email address. When I click on BUY, I end up on an empty shopping cart page. As a dealer, I get the information that I have sold something. As a customer, I get nothing. No mail, nothing at all. And I got how to put a download link to the email, but where can I make the connection between order id and order link?

In my case I sell two different pdf products.

Customers of product 1 should get an email with the link to product 1
Customers of product 2 should get the link to product 2.
By click on the link, I want to send them to an url, where they have to fill in the email adress and after click the open the pdf.

your plug in is working fine when users get via qr code to the page where they have to fill in their email address.

But the way with the purchased pdfs is not working good. ??

So, currently a customer buys a digital product from me and then has no way of downloading it. That can’t be right. What should happen according to your current possibilities when the customer buys something? You provide the option of offering a digital product for purchase. Then the goods must reach the customer after payment.

Hey Shafaet, thank you so much for your support. I have now a separate page for this, but paypay is still not working. I configured paypal exactly where you showed me. And the paypal credentials have been successfully validated. So I dont have a clue what the problem could be… Thank you

And, sorry, the paypal integration doesn’t work. I would be very happy, if you would tell me, what I have to do… I already filled in a client ID and a client secret ID. I tried with the sandbox one and with the live one. Both is not working. When clicking on “pay with paypal” in google chrome browser nothing happened. In Safari browser the button is not loading.

When checking the paypal settings it says: “credentials have been successfully validated”. I have no idea what to do.

The only point is now, that it seems to be impossible that you have a mixed card with the ebook download and another product. I have now two different exit options on the card page.
