Rajesh, if you go back to the page again now do you see the change “UPDATE CHECK AGAIN” in Red this time, meaning that you see the new update after the page might have been cached for you?

So it is definitely something with my district network that is…?caching? the site and thus students see the old version that is already saved rather than the newer updated version.

I just don’t know what to tell my IT guys to help find a solution since they claim that nothing is cached on our network.

On this page do you see the LARGE TYPE saying “UPDATE CHECK!!!”?

My students don’t see that update I just did unless they refresh the page.

If WP Lightbox plugin is active I can not insert a gallery with NextGen Gallery. When I select a gallery to display and then when I click the save button nothing will happen. No images show up at all in the “sort and exclude” tab. This only happens if I have these two plugins running at the same time.

Don’t know if this might be related. I realize I should have put this here before making the separate thread…sorry.

I got an error when trying to upload images to a new gallery to see if my galleries don’t work.
Error Message when uploading images to gallery said:

An unexpected error occured. This is most likely due to a server misconfiguration. Check your PHP error log or ask your hosting provider for assistance.

All my plugins are turned off so its not a plugin conflict.

I noticed that my Sort and Exclude image section is empty with the message “No entities to display for this source.”

Is that normal?

Yes. I select Galleries and then the actual gallery that I want displayed. Then click save…and nothing happens. It doesn’t even leave the gallery screen as I assume it should close when I click save.

I have created a gallery and click the icon in the visual editor. After selecting the gallery I want to display I click Save but nothing happen at all. I have looked at documentation to assure I didn’t miss anything but no idea why when I click save gallery is not inserted.

Oh and I DO NOT have a custom date field anywhere on my site either.
