I have sent a message via your PRO support and if the problem is resolved, we will be happy to update our review.

This issue has nothing to do with hosting, we are on godaddy servers and no other plugin is failing as everything has been verified.

I just saw your response and it is not accurate at all. You had helped us in the past when we were paying you all. I’m not talking about that.

I am talking about the 3 times we contacted you on the 5th, 26th and the 27th of August 2020 about your PRO plugin unable to update and all we got was blank silence.

We have gmail screenshots to prove we have been reaching out to your support and to you directly because we CANNOT update the plugin, we are getting the message of update your plugin, when we attempt, it says update failed! Download failed! Unauthorized

We spent $hundreds to purchase the full lifetime license and then further several $hundred to get it customized, we expect a minimum level of support and this issue is beyond our scope, failed plugin updates, nothing we can do without your help.

So can you reply now and tell us why we are getting this message? Since we have your attention.

Same here, my galleries stopped working…?? everything works in the gallery itself, i can upload, create, etc but when i insert it into my page just shows NextGen edit delete
