Hey @morehawes,
I successfully troubleshooted the issue. It turns out the problem was related to the Hello Elementor theme. After updating it, all of my custom PHP codes—used to create Options Pages and Shortcodes for my ACF Repeater to handle more advanced and dynamic currency conversion—were erased. As a result, the site broke because the shortcodes, where the Open Currency Converter plugin was applied, were unavailable and couldn’t function properly.
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction to start troubleshooting. Your assistance was incredibly helpful, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. I hope you have a great rest of your day!
Regards,
Jones Fundar
Web DeveloperHey @morehawes,
Maybe it’s not compatible with ACF? I used ACF Repeater in some of my code, where I also applied the conversion for advanced pricing and made it more dynamic, like in this instance. https://snipboard.io/LwXfoE.jpg
Here is the link for the source code of the website with the plugin activated https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lCi0NBTG9RVhlol9DPqbvYa2mzsPEHB1/view?usp=sharing

I’ll try troubleshooting on my end as wellThese errors occur when the plugin is activated https://snipboard.io/p1VChA.jpg
Hi Joe,
Thanks for getting back to me. I completely understand the difficulty in diagnosing the issue without seeing it in action. To help, I’ve recorded a short screen capture demonstrating the problem I’m encountering. You can view it here: Screen Record.
I’m using both Elementor and Elementor Pro on my website, but once I activate the Open Currency Converter plugin, it breaks the layout and causes significant display issues. Hopefully, this recording will give you better insight into what might be going wrong.
Let me know your thoughts, and if there’s anything I can do to help troubleshoot further.
Free Widget Configurator*
Hello! I am using only the Free Widget Calculator in WordPress, it is working fine before, easy to setup connecting to Facebook. That’s why I am wondering that why its now difficult all of a sudden. And yes, it already has access in Trustindex giving permission to access the Page that supposed to display the reviews (see this https://snipboard.io/sE64uC.jpg). Now I can’t re-setup my Facebook Reviews because it says that “There is no Facebook Page you can manage with your account” even I do manage pages that I am admin of and I also tried re-installing the plugin, and it is still the same. I also tried reconnecting Trustindex, removing it in Business Integration and since still it can connect to Facebook giving me the same error message (see this https://snipboard.io/Ofx780.jpg) now I can’t bring it back to Business Integration.
