Actually, these criteria are added dynamically, which means they are added/edited by the admin. So we can not provide the specific translatable string for these criteria, as they can be changed by admin. That’s why it’s not translatable, I hope you will understand.
We also have a plan to introduce dynamic strings in the future. If you need assistance with anything else feel free to let us know.

We checked the issue and seems like its a common issue with this 3.22.0 particular version of Elementor plugin and this version created conflict with many other plugins as well. We believe they have sorted the issue in version 3.22.1. So I would like to request you to update the Elementor plugin and check again for the issue.

We’re looking into the matter and we will try to fix it.
Please note: The ReviewX team is on vacation on our biggest religious festival until 22nd June so it will take a while. I hope you will understand the situation. But personally I will try to involve an engineer within this time and I will let you know the updates.

Thanks for your patience. We have investigated the issue thoroughly and from our understanding this error shows up when we are not saving ReviewX-related configuration properly.
So I would like to request you to click the save button after configured every steps of WC quick settings.
I hope this issue will be fixed if it still persists please contact our?dedicated support team.

You got it right, it will be a review form in the email and reviewer will be able to leave review directly from the email.
This feature will be available for both free and pro users but I believe there will be some limitation for free users.
