To do this you have to follow three steps-
1. Disable the automatic review reminder email feature. Please check out this documentation to learn more.
2. You have to manually schedule reminder emails. Follow this documentation.
3. Now, you can send emails to particular customers from that generated list and cancel the rest.
I can understand this is a manual process but there is no other option to achieve what you’re looking for.

It would be a really exciting moment for us if you really built an addon on top of ReviewX and sold it. ?? ?? ??
But I think you won’t need to take such hassle since we have a plan for this, but the main challenge is that it will take a significant amount of time to see the capability in ReviewX. The ETA is 7–8 months from now!I know it doesn’t sound good, but trust me, we can’t bring it faster at this moment.

If you’re using ReviewX Pro, then you will be able to edit the review, and you can remove the verified badge from the review edit settings.
Otherwise, you can use the following custom CSS to remove the verified review badge:.rx_listing .rx_review_block .rx_body .rx_varified .rx_varified_user {
display: none !important;
}

It’s great to hear that it worked. We just added the following code in the modified version and in the latest release as well.

Surprisingly, we couldn’t reproduce the issue at our end. But you can try this, a little modified version of ReviewX. Hopefully, it will work. Don’t forget to share the result with us.
