Well, I just checked it from my end. Please check the video: https://d.pr/v/SN3pR5
As you see when I disabled the masonry layout and it changes to equal height.
If that isn’t working on your end. Then it is possible there is a conflict with either theme/plugin. For which the CSS is being overwritten.So, I would recommend you temporarily switch the theme and deactivate 3rd party plugins except for BetterDocs. Let me know how it goes.
If the issue still occurring, please create a staging/test site and give us the link to your doc page to check more deeply.

It seems really strange. Can you please try doing this following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/OeGVUT
Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/23N5eb

Well, NotificationX logs sales when the order is being “processed” or “completed”. It is not supposed to show canceled/abandoned sales. In case if it is showing please try to regenerate assets.
To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> NotificationX then, switch to the ‘All Notificationx’ tab, and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot:https://d.pr/EIhGs9
If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache (by pressing shift+ctrl+R) or try another browser too.
