Als ik de github van MyParcel bekijk is er momenteel 1 ontwikkelaar die er aan sleutelt.

Hebben jullie ervaring met de support van andere payment providers?
Sinds de support van Mollie zo hard bergafwaarts is gegaan kijk ik meer en meer naar andere partijen, maar geen idee wat me daar te wachten zou staan.Yea, mollie’s support has gone down the drain recently. For some reason gutting support is good for long term profit or something.

Yesterday we’ve had this same issue again. This time I have debug logs.
Case:
- customer does checkout on our site. Hits the [Pay] button and is off to Mollie for payment (iDeal)
- …
- Customer hits the order-received endpoint on our site.
- In both Mollie backend and our own backend the order is not paid. So the customer should have been sent to order-pay to try payment again.
I will send you a PM with an URL for the debug log.

I’m not too sure how customers do their checkout with various different banks/apps/browser settings. I can only see what happens on my end. And that is that there’s instances where a customer is sent to order-received and the browser-session fresh. Thereby losing google ads/analytics cookies and (in itself) not sending the conversion data to Google Ads.
I have solved this by saving the customers cookies along with their order in my database and when they are sent to order-received injecting those cookies back into the page. This means ads conversions are sent back and as a bonus cookie consent data is also restored.
So consider this issue resolved (for me at least).
