Hello guys,
I am having a similar problem with this error. I am using the Customizr child theme at https://www.csmk.org. I couldn’t to the WP dashboard until I had the theme deactivated and now I can’t modify anything. I returns the eror message:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/p3pnexwpnas01_data03/63/2232963/html/wp-content/themes/customizr-child/functions.php:1) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas01_data03/63/2232963/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1178

ElectricFeet, thank you for the response. I already figured out a way around it: used the snippet by Nicolas on adding a widget area after the header, but put mine before the footer then used a logo carousel plugin for the sponsor slideshow. It works perfectly. I should be able to make the site live soon and share link :).
