    Hey Amy,

Yes, I’ve seen that as well but still things are not clear.
I honestly gave this Theme a try but unfortunately have decided to abandon it.

There is no answer on any of my question, besides users replying like you, thank you btw.

So there is no support by the looks of it, shame it’s a nice and useful theme if you get the quirks out that is..

but not something I’ll spend my money on seeing the lack of support or answers on questions asked.
Are my question so weird or am I? not sure as I’ve seen other unanswered questions.

But anyways, thank you for telling me my post do matter and are useful.
that made my day, I still have my test site up and running, so I might give it another whirl, just to support others not getting their questions answered.
I might find things out maybe even get the banner section I want where I want it, who knows.. -lol-

    Lots of love,
    Amy

    Hey guys,

    So what’s up?
4 months+ and still no answer?

The question isn’t that difficult to answer is it?

I still like the theme and might even go pro,
if I have the answers i’m looking for and the support I need..

    Love,
    Amy

    @marabelleblue Here here.

I’m not getting any support either ??

Shame, it’s such a nice theme..

Maybe I can try and help you, if you want that, that is..
I’ve been struggling with this theme for over 4/5 months now
but I got some insight into it.
And managed to solve some of my problems on my own in the process.. (no thanks to them..)

    Just let me know okay?

    Love,
    Amy

    Hey @nurlutix,

    I think that’s pro option only .

but if you make it a child theme you should be able to change color using the CSS files.

I am looking into this myself and found there is a CSS file default.css.
    (css/colors/default.css)

I think here is where the colors can be changed.
You do this at your own risk.
make it a child so your changed will not be overwritten wne the theme get’s updated.
If you want to do this save and from the manager: BUY PRO.

that’s all I can say at this moment ??

    Love,
    Amy

Support is a bit slow here and I’ve had some issues myself recently
solved most of them by just tweaking it, so I know my way around a bit by now.

Please do note: I am not support.. but I want to help out..
so please don’t blame me if things do go wrong at your end ??

But I do have some tips for you:

    * Black boxes mostly indicate there is no featured images added to the post.
So do make sure you add a featured image to every post you make.
this image is used for the frontpage and other places where there is a newsfeed with an image..

Please reply if you have any remarks or questions, thank you

nobody can see the problem if I don’t know where to look.

@gaurav1185 please check you featured images as well because I see black boxes appearing on your site as well.

@adriancoria Could you put that in english please? Google translate can only do so much
    thank you
?Puedes hacer esto en inglés? El traductor de Google solo puede hacer mucho gracias

PLease reply if you have any remarks or questions, thank you

    Wait a minute!

    I think I got it..

the location does not honor shortcode, simple but okay, got that..
Now why doesn’t the ‘subscriber’ work on the page?

    look here:
    Look at the difference..
    [total_user_count role=”Subscriber”] subscriber
    [total_user_count role="subscriber"] subscriber

The bottom one is working, top one is not..

    why? Look at the quotes..
top one is copied from the plugin example page (in WordPress),
bottom one is copied from the webpage..

code from the webpage works ??

you can still see it on the test page: https://www.safeunderdark.com/test/

Now I only have to work out where I can put it in my new theme.. ??

    Thank you for your help
You pointed me in the right direction ??

    Thank you
    Love,
    Amy

Wow, Morgan! You are fast ??

thank you, I’ve put it on a new page and it’s working partially..

this is what is has in the oage:

    Our [total_user_count role=”subscriber”] subscriber
    [total_user_count]! subscribers

    And the result is this:
    Our N/A subscribers
    434! subscribers

You can check it here: https://www.safeunderdark.com/test/

it did work previously on another theme, but it stopped working there as well..

I’ve check “Subscribers” even changed the “subscriber” to “Subscriber” with no effect.

I hate to be a pain in the butt..

I will check the other settings, too see what the outcome is..

    Amy

It looks okay to me ??

First login is always without the F2A, because it has to be configured.
when you haven’t a F2a active you will not get an F2A check.
Because you are unable to answer that, you don’t have any F2A set up,yet ??

Then you have to scan it’s QR-code and answer the question,
is’s setup to check to be 100% sure it is correctly configured.
Only then F2A is active for all the next logins of that user.
Only then you are allowed to enter the website.

There is no way to bypass F2A without the app, unless you have rescue codes.
If you even get shut out of your website because of an F2A malfunction
or loss of phone and no rescue codes.
the only way to get access if to manually remove or rename it’s plugin folder in the wordpress plugins folder..
Only after logging in, and restoring this, making it active again
you can scan a new QR to get control back.

That is the only way, to my knowledge, to get your login to work again after it fails
or you lost the device and don’t have rescue codes.
    It’s pretty secure ????

    Love ??,
    Amy

    Hi povezise,

There is a plugin that can remove the ‘Proudly Powered by’:
    Remove “Powered by WordPress“.
I can understand you want to do that from security reasons.
There is also a way to remove the wordpress branding completely from login pages etc. with this plugin: Remove WP Branding

However you do this it’s nice for the makers if you leave the Theme made by notice as a ‘thank you’, you are still using this theme for free..
unless you have paid for the pro and thus can remove the notice.

You can however edit the theme files directly and remove it from the code.

Removing this in the code will only make it return with every update.
So best not do that if you want a permanent solution.
If you like the theme, and want to do this, there is only on option to do this.
and that is to buy it.

    Amy

I’ve just found out there is a copy/paste error on my post, sorry ??

Second date in exif should be CreateDate
DateTimeOriginal is when the image was taken.
    CreateDate is the file time/date.
For digital camera images, these are the same because the file is created at the same time the image is captured. Also ModifyDate would be the same.
Unless the image was modified then ModifyDate and CreateDate are the same and DateTimeOriginal is an earlier date.

With that in mind the picture date option in the upload form is a nice workaround.
This give you the opportunity to add the correct date even when your camera’s date if off..
I have tons of pictures made on january 1st 1990 -lol-

Maybe it’s an idea (in a future version) to automatically fill this with the EXIF DateTimeOriginal info?
and keep the ability to adjust it manually, in case your camera’s date is off?
    Just my 2 cents ??

    Love,
    Amy

    Hi Everyone,

    Not to budge in but:

!) I’m Dutch, so I would be able to help if there is any misunderstanding
    2) Please do correct me if I’m wrong, but users registered in CG (contest Gallery) can be disallowed access to the website as they are only group member of the CG group.
You should be able to disallow access if you’ve set the user access rights correctly.
    3) If you want to allow upload for your registered users you can change that in the user setting of CG under Registration options change ‘Contest Gallery User’ to what ever your registered users are, and make sure they can only see the gallery when ‘logged in’ under Gallery options.
    4) last resort if things still do not work, there is an option to upload the picture yourself. Make sure they can only see the gallery when ‘logged in’ under Gallery options and upload the picture yourself, this way only registered users can vote for the images uploaded.

I hope this will help at least to ensure you this will work because I am certain it will.

    Love,
    Amy
