@mistercode Apologies for late reply. We were able to fix the #1 issue where the count is shown wrong. We’ll release an update by tomorrow.
For the #2 issue, can you tell us what shortcode or page you are using to render all categories? You mentioned it’sa category archieve page. So, we are wondering if that is a parent category page or it’s the same category page or some custom shortcode. Because that image with the count showing up doesn’t seem to be coming from the default WooCommerce archieve page. Can you please share URL of the page so that we can check that out?- This reply was modified 1 year, 1 month ago by SaffireTech.
@pavelkadavid At this moment, the plugin doesn’t support product bundles. We will let you know if we do it in future.
@mistercode Thanks for reaching out and we’re glad you liked the plugin.
I have a couple of questions :
Let’s say I have a category with 20 products an 5 are discontinued. When I visit the category page it shows 20 items are in the category. When I open the category archive page it shows only 15 products, because I chosen not to display the discontinued products.
You are referring to the product count here. Right?
Let’s say I have a category with 20 products but all 20 are discontinued. In this case I would expect the entiere category is not listed on the category archive page. But, currently the category is listed and shows 20 items in the category. When I select the category, I get a message saying that there are no products available in this category. It is because because I chosen not to display the discontinued products.
I’m not sure what you are talking about here. When you say “20 items” you mean the count of 20 items or 20 product listing thumbnails are showing up (which shouldn’t have shown up)? Can you share a screenshot or a small video so that we can correctly udnerstand your issue?
Since we haven’t heard back from last 30 days, we are marking this issue as resolved.
Since, we haven’t heard back from a month, we are assuming that this issue has been resolved.
We are closing this issue as it has been fixed in the new version of the plugin.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have just released an update with a fix for this issue. So, please update your plugin to latest version.
Hi John,
Apologies. We didn’t get back to you from a long time. We had done several tests in our end but we couldn’t recreate the issue you described.
One thing we can suggest that you try is – On a staging site deactivate almost all plugins except WooCommerce and Bulk Edit UpSells and Cross-sells and also deactivate the current theme and activate any default WP themes like 2022 in its place and try to check if the issue still persists.
If the issue no longer exists, you can try activating theme and then other plugins one by one and test after each of these are activated so that you can find what plugin is conflicting with our plugin.
Once you find that plugin, you can let us know and we can start testing things from there.
Please let us know what you find.

Hi luke,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
Yes ! it is possible to make discontinued message BOLD?and coloured
You just need to add the below CSS in your theme inside style.css file or you can use Simple Custom CSS Plugin
div.discontinued_status_message {
font-weight: 900; // font weight
color: red; // font color
}

Yes, we agree with what you’re saying and as a result we have just released a new update that supports adding a product variation directly. So, please update the plugin if already installed.
Hi John,
Thanks for providing these.
We have a few questions for you –
1. What type of product is the wine glass – Simple, Variable?
2. Does the issue occur on only this particular product / category or all products / categories?
3. Is this product published or draft?
4. Also, can you please share your WooCommerce System Report ? To do that, go to WooCommerce > Status > Generate Report
