You can always try setting the width of the div.emd-container to a size that works for you. Add this rule to your theme’s style.css file.

Thanks for your input. We just released a new version which includes configuration for eMD CSV import export extension. We also updated the hire date and birthdays matching the format in WordPress date settings.

Thanks for your comment. We just released a new version which has priority, topic and due date fields in the search form. You can enable/disable these and other fields on forms by updating form settings from admin. We also included some new features such as agents , new roles and email notifications.

We just relased a new version which fixes this issue.
