Hi there, @thegulshankumar!
It appears the issue is with your site and the use of canonical urls. If they aren’t set as expected, then Google might not be able to fix such an issue as it doesn’t know what url it should set as the main url for the content.
If you could set the canonical url in the templates or a plugin so that the search engines know what the canonical urls for the page should be, that should do it.
Thanks for your patience, and hope that helps!

In reply to: Wrong background colour in HTML textHello there!
Something like this should do the trick:
.wpb_raw_code pre { background-color: #202020; }
Hope that helps!

Sorry for the delayed reply! Looking at your site though, I’m seeing the backgrounds as black, is this issue resolved?

In reply to: access to my blog post with the C panelHey there,
If you used filezilla to create a backup then that means you would have just grabbed the main site files, not the database which is where the post is stored. You could try the Elementor forum https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/elementor to see if there’s a possibility of the plugin storing posts somewhere? Might be tough luck though if it’s been deleted with no DB backup :/
Sorry about that,

In reply to: Wrong background colour in HTML textHi there!
Would you mind linking to the page where this shows on your site? That way I can take a proper look at the CSS and see what exactly might be causing your code to be overwritten.
Thanks,

In reply to: access to my blog post with the C panelHello there!
First off, have you tried checking the trash of your posts? Once deleted from the main area they don’t vanish and can be recovered there. If you did delete it through the posts area trash:
Backups can be placed in all different places, it really depends what method you used to create that backup as to where it ended up. As you have a cPanel access I would think you might have access to hosting support? They’d be able to go in and take a closer look for you.Hope that helps,

In reply to: [Make] How to hide HEADER on mobile only?Hi there!
I’d be happy to help with some CSS, but need a little bit more info.
For the header that you want hidden, are you referring to entire title area with menu, and the top bar above it etc? Or is it just a section that you would want hidden?Let me know,

Adding something like this might get the look you’re going for?
.category .entry-footer { display: none; } .category .entry-content { float: none !important; margin: 0 auto; }
Hope that helps,

In reply to: Moviecharge Please help me I want random postHey there,
As mentioned previously it doesn’t look like there are any plugins that do that functionality. If the custom code linked above doesn’t work then you’ll probably need to hire a developer in order to address the new functionality. Please try https://jobs.wordpress.net/ or https://directory.codepoet.com/
Hope that helps,

In reply to: Pages won’t save in elementorHi there Karen,
If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.
Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
Thanks,

In reply to: Setting two permalinksHey there,
A plugin like this https://en-ca.www.ads-software.com/plugins/simple-301-redirects/ would probably do what you’re after. You can enter in the links so that anyone going to your old one will actually land on the new one. If that plugin doesn’t work for you then there’s a number of other ones you can find by searching for 301 redirect.
Hope that helps,

In reply to: I cannot use category feature.Hey there,
If the problem has always been there then it might have something to do with your server and the initial WP install not going right. If your host offers support then they might be able to look into it for you. Otherwise, you could try a fresh install on a different server then placing the theme and plugins in to see if that does the same thing?
Hope that helps,
