Hi There,

I am having this same issue. I’ve read through all the comments and suggestions and tried my best to follow what everyone else did to see if that fixed anything. I have deactivated all plugins and even temporarily used a different theme to see if the problem still persisted and it did.

I have used this plugin for another site (site #2) and have never had this issue before. So I checked on that to see if I could find any similarities or difference with site #1. The only difference is site #2 is not updated to the latest WordPress version or plugin version and site #1 that is having issues is.

This leads me to believe that the issue is a conflict between this plugin and WordPress 5.5.3. How can this be resolved? Is there anything I can do further to fix this. I appreciate all the help!

@simoncrowell I found that the issue was a conflict with the Bridge’s JS that handles the Page Transition animation, and not my browsers cache as the plugin author initially thought.

To fix this I disabled the Page Transition for the page that I am displaying the plugin on. Just go to the admin of each page -> Qode General -> set Page Transition to No Animation OR change the global Page Transition option under Qode Options -> General. Hope this helps!

As a paying customer, you are telling me there is absolutely nothing you can do, or will do to help me resolve this issue?

I would have hoped purchasing the pro version would have given me proper IT support.

I just tested it both with the Twenty Sixteen, Fourteen and Fifteen default themes and it seemed to be working as it should.

We really do not want to have to switch our theme to one of the defaults. Is there a way to fix this glitch without doing so?

@horseandchaise what setting did you turn off that resolved the issue? I am also using the Bridge theme and running into the same issue with the plugin.

The only time the issue seems to fix itself is if I disable the “Enable Responsivity” option. It is very important that these charts are responsive, so that option does not work for me.

I was ultimately able to resolve the issue by using images rather than using the plugin. I am not sure if there is a conflict between this plugin and other plugins I am using or the theme. Everything else on my site is working as it should, so I’m ultimately going to stop using the plugin.

It is a great plugin and I loved the how many options it gave me. The responsive part of it just needs to be fixed.
