Actually, I chatted with Stripe support before creating this ticket. They told me that because I was using a plugin to connect with Stripe so I need contact with the plugin team to resolve this issue.

1. Is reCAPTCHA meaning if changing the threshold in case I just would like to mark a specific mail as not spam?
If I increase that score from .5 to .7, will the real spam be marked spam?
I think because the default score is .5 and it is the best score, am I wrong?

2. What is the difference between using “www.recaptcha.net” or not?

What will resolve my problem?

If I understand correctly, there are 2 things I need to perform: Empty Full bank statement field and Untick Add customer order number to the bank statement checkbox.
I did both and started to test. I will inform you asap.
