So basically that header img is showing up on top whereas its supposed to show up below the menu like a little divider. I customized my pages to look very clean but now I’d like to add a an image band/divider.

yes i think i understand. i did not replace the home.php file yet though. i’ll do that soon.

ok so this is what i did, and it looks better. Just in case i decide to change something later..
– is it possible to colorize part of the text only?
– is it possible to have the text start from the extreme left, not just tex-align. i’m guessing that’s a margin/padding of container issue. sorry if i’m asking too many dumb questions. i’m trying to figure out everything that is mouldable here.

take a look please: this takes the latest news section up, but how do i move up the call-out section to be just under the slideshow?

i dont think this is working sufficiently. changing the values does not seem to be making anything change. however, the screen stays steady, and the type does not overlap when the screen is smaller.

i think this slider size works now. since i couldnt figure out how to make the slider squarish, i used to panaromic photos instead. However, I may be using this theme again for another website, it would be great if you could tell me still how i may be able to do that.. Thanks!
