im pretty sure you will have to use a child theme in order to not lose material with updates

I’m having the same issue – can someone please explain it a little bit to me? I’m learning as I go and i think I’m having trouble understanding the syntax in relation to this. Basically, I want to make changes in the parent css files and upload the changes in the child. Please help! I’m providing a link of to a screenshot of my screen. (Caution: might look super dumb!)

i changed a ton of things, and yes mostly styling.

oh man i wish i knew this earlier. is there a child theme version for the appointment theme?

ive been tinkering on it for days – so this is what i’m currently doing:

i downloaded the theme again; reinstalled it completely, and now am replacing edited folders one by one. i think you’re right, there’s a code error somewhere. i just dont understand php well enough to debug like that. so this is what i’m trying; let’s see if it works. do you think i’m going the right way though?

i think this worked! thanks. i did initially want the frame to be a little smaller, more squarish, and centered – but i’m assuming the theme does not allow this?
