It looks that you have not added some content or images in properly
or may be this theme needs any improvements. You can contact your developer or any other developer to fix this for you.

You will need to create a shortcode in child theme or you can use any other plugin also

You need to center align these using CSS properties.

Fransie remove opacity and use background-color as suggested by Justin Tucker.
