When user downloading a EDD-file with IDM, IDM just has one connection while for regular files it has up to 8 connection in download.

I do it for all and fixed.

The plugin fixed it.
But there is a big problem. I have more than 150 products that new users will buy them every day. I can’t do it for 150 products and every day!

What is the problem?
I use w3 cache but database and page cache are disable.

No all sales are real. Before it was true.
For example for a product,it’s count was 12 and shown 12 but after ~2 days it changed to 3!
But in edd report there are 12 customers that bought it and it’s ok.

How can i fix it?

I bought Point and Reward plugin from EDD but it is not suitable for me.

No. I manually added order to customer. 1% of adding has problem.

Are you test it?

yes. his order is shown in customers detail and its ok but in payment history is Guess and user can’t see this order in his payments!
