I think The themes and plugins are not updated causing the problem. Are your themes and plugins updated ?

You can use sites like https://prnt.sc/

-> Use FTP to access the site.

-> Check Error log in the Cpanel or ask the host to check error log to know which file is causing problem

-> Check the file you have changed from the FTP using text editors in your desktop

-> Enable WP_DEBUG from the wp-config.php

If you use Cpanel and it supports staging than it is the best way to do it.

If you dont have any comments and the database changes are only done by you than you can create a copy on development environment make a changes there and then create a backup using updraft plus plugin and restore the backup of development site in the live site

It is just automated message from your WordPress Installations which is automatically updated because it was an security update. But your core WordPress files might be compromised. So please follow the link given by Steve to clean up and also fllow strict security measures to prevent it from another hack.

It is better and faster if you post it in the plugin support with site link and the screenshot

Use server error log to track which file is giving the problem might be something related to functions.php

Please enable WP_DEBUG to know more errors.

Are you using the editor in the backend ? Sometimes the files may be corrupted when they are saving so better check the file you last edited through FTP and the advanced editor like Netbeans and PHP strom which will help to locate you the error easily

Please make a thorough scan. And delete and replac the core folders like wp-includes and wp-admin with new dowloaded file from www.ads-software.com. NOTE : Before replace the folder make sure you update everything (WordPress, Plugins, Themes)

Have you checked that your uploads folder are given the correct permissions ?

Have you tried to disable the plugins and check if the media works?

Have you tried to switch back to default theme ?

Which contact form have you been using ?

Can you check your console in the browser. I think there may be some javascript error that is causing so. It would be much easier if the console errors were provided.
